Troubleshooting Pager Issues
| Problem: | Pager doesn't receive any messages. |
| Solutions: | 1. Verify the pager is turned on.
Some pagers display the time without being turned on. 2. Make sure a "good" battery is installed in the pager. Weak batteries can cause a pager to receive intermittently. 3. Check to see if you are inside of the coverage area?

| Problem: | Extra characters are added to my email pages. |
| Solutions: | Email sent to pagers must be in
'plain text' format. If email in HTML format is sent to pagers, the
html code may be sent with the message. HTML format is used to send
images, backgrounds, and sounds with the email. Web mail services also
use HTML format so they can add their advertisements.
